The Girl in the Ice by Robert Bryndza

I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for my advanced reader’s copy.
A classic who-done-it style serial killer thriller! This book has the right amount of twists and turns to keep the reader engaged in the narrative. This is a book about murder, power, and corruption in London. Andrea is a beautiful woman from a prominent family who is found murdered. She is not the only woman who has been killed either. DCI Erika investigates the murder of Andrea, but she gets more than she bargains for. The killer begins stalking her and breaking and entering her home. He leaves things out so she will know he has been there. Even though Erika is being stalked, she continues her investigation. She finds a hand full of suspects who could have killed Andrea, but she lacks the evidence needed to convict a suspect. She goes to a suspect’s home to look around, but she finds a lot more, a whole lot more.
This book is a non-stop, edge of your seat, rollercoaster of a thriller! The ending, oh the ending! My mind is still blown! This book does not disappoint! Read this one with the lights on!
Where has this author been? I can’t wait for the second book in this series! I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes thriller/suspense/mystery books!
5/5 stars!
